Body Weather Training
This course offers a physical and dynamic training to prepare a body available to movement and dance.
We will work: coordination, resistance, alignment, fragmentation of the body, orientation in space, joint mobility, flexibility and mental agility. Based on the Body Weather we will develop an energetic training combined with exercises of listening and manipulations in couples to reach a greater body awareness.
Together, we will expand our possibilities of movement, perception and sensitivity while at the same time placing the challenge of keeping us present in the here and now while we move.
Open to everyone. Directed both to people with experience in dance / movement who want a physical training of maintenance as well as beginners who want to incorporate a technical base to their vocabulary.
